Vendor Instructions & Agreement

Please review the information below before submitting your application.

Set-Up Requirements

All vendors must provide their own tent, tent weights, table, chairs, and business signage. All vendor spaces must be fully set up before the event begins.

Set-Up Time

Vendor set-up begins two (2) hours prior to the start of the event.

Break Down

Vendor tents and displays must remain in place until the end of the event unless prior approval is given by event management for early departure.

Clean-Up

Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean booth space during and after the event.

Agreement Confirmation

By checking the acknowledgment box and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.

You further acknowledge and agree that:

• Families United Network, LLC, its officers, members, volunteers, affiliates, and event partners shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the event, including but not limited to damages involving your business, products, equipment, staff, yourself, or any guests accompanying you.
• You grant permission for photographs, videos, and other media recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, and public relations purposes unless a written waiver declining media participation has been submitted prior to the event.
• You agree not to hold the property owner, event coordinator, sponsors, volunteers, or any other affiliated parties liable for any personal injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during your participation in the event.
• Vendors are encouraged to carry liability insurance for themselves and their businesses. While insurance is not required for all events, vendors will be notified in advance if proof of insurance is required for a specific event.
